Site workshops.thescentnote.com gặp lỗi: khách đặt workshop nhưng không confirm order được. Form submission bị Cloudflare intercept vì:

Security Level quá cao (I'm Under Attack mode hoặc High)

WAF rules chặn POST requests từ certain geolocations

Bot Fight Mode can thiệp vào form submission (nhầm khách là bot)

Cách xử lý / Phòng tránh

1. Cloudflare Dashboard → Security → Settings → set Security Level = Medium 2. WAF → Custom Rules: whitelist POST requests tới /checkout, /cart, /order 3. Bot Fight Mode: tắt hoặc tạo exception cho checkout pages 4. Page Rules: tạo rule cho checkout path → Security Level = Essentially Off 5. Test: dùng incognito + VPN để verify form submit OK
